#171 - July 9th, 2011 A Saturday baseball game! Yep, 1pm in the afternoon on a hundred degree day. Yikes, it was hot! Happily there was a bit of a breeze. I started the day in the garden then ran out for some canoe action with my partner. She is awesome! We canoed into the wind for an hour then wogged a couple of miles in between her son’s game and my son’s game!
#172 July 10th, 2011 Sunday afternoon. Hotter than Saturday! We rode bikes today and I wogged only 2 miles. Turns out that it was 100 degrees with a heat index of 120! Crazy!! Feeling pretty good about the work out. I know we can finish, now it is just a toss up to see our time. I do love these drop leaf coneflowers, don’t you?? 
Things are HOT around here! I am looking forward the next week. We have several things to do, most of which are going to be great!! Hope your week is great
