Once again you may choose your favorite photo for number 181. These are some of the delicious and healthy snacks that I have been munching on lately. I thought you might like some ideas for delicious eating… fresh crunchy vegetables. I spend one time chopping things up and then I stick them in a container with water to keep them crunchy. Chopping once a week makes it easier and having a healthy snack ready makes it easier to eat healthy!!
Super delicious Sabra Hummus – classic flavor, but their other flavors are great as well. This is a Sam’s Club purchase and according to the label it will stay fresh for a pretty long time. However, it is super delicious so I don’t think that I will figure out how long it lasts! It has 80 calories per 2 tablespoons and 7grams of fat, 2 grams of protein, 4 grams of carbs… okay, maybe it’s not THAT healthy but it isn’t super UNHEALTHY! Either way it is delish and doesn’t take much!
These crisps are super fantabulous! They are a mini cracker and actually have some pretty healthy points to them. First of all, because they are mini, you can eat 30 for 140 calories. They have 20 grams of carbs, 2 grams of fiber, and 3 grams of protein.
Lastly, a glass of red wine. Yummy and good for the heart! Unfortunately, the second glass often follows the first but really that can’t be a completely horrible thing right?? Honestly, one glass each day has been proven to be healthy and good for your heart. It also goes great with the veggies, crisps and hummus!!
