Thursday and Friday have been full of action in my life. I harvested this spinach from my garden and stir fried it in olive oil for dinner on Thursday. It was super good! I am happy that my garden is producing something early this year. I have some spinach and baby lettuce (gourmet blend) ready for harvest. I am eating a salad at least once a day now! Growing my own saves money so I can afford to purchase the Red Peppers that I love so much!
I stopped at the Reid Ranch to pick up my weeks supply of milk. Yummy! I get a fresh gallon of milk each Friday. I love to get chevre’ cheese as well – freshly made by Carolyn! Added bonus? This cute calf!
Gotta love a Friday!! Hope yours was full of sunshine, spinach and happy cows! Mine was!
