Kayaking – photos by Julie F!

We had “girl” night at the lake Wednesday.  Sadly, Jennifer was ill and couldn’t join us.  Julie and Julie and I hit the lake after a bit of a picnic together.  Julie F. took the canoe solo by sitting in the front seat backwards for purposes of navigation.  It worked out great!  Course she is a stud…  She also took all of these pictures… I love these looking into the sun!

It is hard to explain how much I am loving this kayaking thing.  It is relaxing, refreshing, energizing and exercise.  Mostly, I think that it provides me with solitude, personal reflection and rejuvenation!  I am also happy and excited to share this new and fabulous hobby with friends.  It is lovely.  Call me if you’d like to go… it’s awesome!
