Or at least mostly! I have to tell you, the new vacuum was amazing! As you know, I’m not that excited about cleaning, but seriously. I ran the new vacuum and sucked up a couple of bagless containers of dog hair and dust! Ewww! This could explain the allergy issues. Guess it was good to get a new vacuum!
While Marek was at Diabetes camp, I got the opportunity to hang out with my mom. Yay! She is wonderful. She helped me choose a new swimsuit! Well, alright! Sexy yet modest and NOT middle aged and black/boring! Whoopee! Going to hang at the pool with Mom on Wednesday and hitting the Oskie pool every day next week! It’s good to have goals!
I also had a good bike ride, even though it was feeling pretty hot and humid, it felt good on the bike. I was excited about a yoga class on Tuesday’s but it turns out that we had the wrong day and time so no yoga. I’m bummed. Group exercise motivates me and yoga is seriously relaxing and sooo stretching my tight muscles.
I know I’m pretty scattered but another piece of advice from mom… get a tetanus shot! Ugh. The puncture wound from the stick is not looking awesome and it is pretty deep. Mom suggested a tetanus shot just in case. I guess I will try to get that done in the next couple of days. Conveniently I’ll be driving into Topeka daily.
I also realized that I seriously need to get packed up for the weekend of Geology coming up. Yikes, I need to gather up our stuff and get some food items planned out asap! Must make a list and a plan. Guess I’ll make those tomorrow!
