Yeh, stayed focused on cleaning so much so that I super cleaned. (In my world super cleaned means I put away the swiffer and got out the dust cloth and polish!! Also de-furred the couch!) this means I didn't work out nor did I paste anything onto my vision poster.
However.. Had a great day! My house looks amazing and I really enjoyed the card party! Best of all, I managed the irritation which I did feel, more effectively than usual. Focusing on my thoughts and words makes a difference.
Sheesh, time for a new day...
