Phillipians 4:8 This is the way to think about life! "Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things." More basic advice from the Good Book people! Focusing on the positive is always better than looking for trouble, looking at trouble, dwelling on your troubles.... well, I'm sure you get the point. Isn't it funny how challenging it is to take care of our lives by doing very basic things? Today it is foggy again. It's getting dismal to me. I need sunlight!! In lieu of sunlight, I will follow this instruction from the bible! I am optomistic that this day will go well.

Following up on the first week of the Game On! Challenge Goals, I did good! I can't seem to get seven hours of sleep (I blame the puppy!) but I pretty much suceeded at all the other challenges. I didn't exercise on the weekend, and my goal was to try for six times a week so I'll have to bump that up this week. I did find time to read the bible a little each day. (This is because I stay up too late! Blaming the puppy is unfair!) I am working pretty hard at improving my attitude at home. Less yelling and obvious irratation, mostly it's working. However, real life is sometimes irritating so I guess that just has to balance out. Being patient and tolerant and looking at the positive things will bring it into balance!
