I also purchase two things to develop myself - a Tae Bo boot camp DVD and a book, In Defense of Food by Michael Pollan. I think I will do the Tae Bo, it should be fun and hard. It might help me re-lose the jigglies and move past the muffin top for good. The book was a whim, I heard it on NPR and it sounds so interesting. Confirmation of all basic knowledge I already have of food but apparently need to review! The cover says: eat food, not too much, mostly plants. Well, duh!
So, I'm working harder to be a better person - for myself, my family and my friends! See me moving forward?!
