So… there are a million things going on and I am hoping things are looking up for me. I am ready for many new and different things to happen in my life. I have been stuck, stuck, stuck in some aspects of my life while running forward like crazy in other areas… time to get in balance! I need some creativity! I think this looks pretty cool…Brave Girls Art Class!! This is the video for the class… I can’t imagine having time for this but it looks like it might be really fun!
“I am most excited about Brave Girl Art School because….. it looks super cool and inspiring and I really need an outlet!” I really would be very interested in doing the things that are shown in this video. Fun times ahead! Right now we are working on becoming debt free so I won’t pay for this class…but if I won tuition that would be awesome! This looks like it would be fun to do and it would be right up my alley if I can find the time..
Meanwhile, in real life we are approaching the long labor day weekend. It rained all evening this evening which is great but the moonlight kayaking adventure was canceled. Booo! We might try again next month. Kayaking in the rain at night with wind would just not be relaxing! The crackers and cheese would get mushy and the wine might get watered down so we were forced to give itup. Ahhh, well, I cleaned some bathrooms and vacuumed some dog hair. Tomorrow I will get to help run the challenges with the Villages staff at the special event at Brown vs Board of Education. I am optimistic that it will be fun… it would be fun if it wasn’t raining the entire day. Rain will seriously keep people away from the outdoor event. We will see. The best part of the weekend is that we will celebrate our anniversary with a party on Sunday evening. It should be lovely as the weather will be dry and cooler and it turns out that we will have many guests joining us! It should be awesome and enjoyable. I am looking forward to the time with family and friends.
Most importantly I am looking forward to working on my relationship with Marcus and getting over this hump of middle marriage. Daily dealing with the normal fare of parenting, money and scheduling of events. We are going to work together to jazz up our days and to minimize our routine of standard… should be good!
And… my obsession with old out buildings continues…
