Today I had a good day. I worked pretty hard with a few kids at school. Sadly, I think they are still a mess but maybe they heard me. We will see how tomorrow goes. After school, I finally took my slacking butt out for a trail run. Woo Hoo! Felt pretty good. I’ve got to get my routine going again. Seems like I’ve been slow for awhile but I’m getting it going on again. The boys were supposed to practice baseball Wednesday but they switched to Monday. It was a gorgeous day so after the trail I ended up at home walking the dogs through the woods. I walked with the camera and took some fun shots. Toured through the garden as well. It was a lovely and relaxing evening for me. It’s not often that I get some random and unanticipated free time. Can’t beat an evening of meandering. This is my favorite of the shots I took. Just a macro of a daisy but, OH, the signs of spring! Spring has sprung completely and now everything is green and growing. The woods are full of growth and shades of green. Nice, it is fresh and lush. The only tiny bummer is that the poison ivy is sprouting like crazy. Ah, well, I know what it looks like and I have soap and water! I hope you find some surprises this week. Maybe free time of maybe a moment of sweet unanticipated enjoyment!
