Whew!

#32 Monday – We got a new roof! 

#33 Tuesday - Marek’s first ever track meet. It was pretty cool. He took second place in the 75 meter hurdles. His friend, Ethan took first. Ethan’s time was 13.57 and Marek’s time was 13.67. It was my first track meet in forever and I really enjoyed it. There is always something to see. Marek also received a third in high jump. Their 4x1 team was disqualified due to a bad baton pass but they were really fast so they will do great next time!

#34 Wednesday – My Solomon’s Seal after a rain.  So many things are budding and growing, this is one of my favorite seasons.  Renewal after the winter.  Even though our winter was mild I was getting pretty tired of brown and dry surroundings.

#35 Thursday – It has been a full but enjoyable week.  It is Maundy Thursday and thus the last day of the week for us school employees!  Yay!!  I am puttering around the yard and planning to mow and work in the garden a bit tomorrow.  The in-laws will arrive tomorrow evening for Easter weekend.  It should be a lovely weekend with family!

I hope that you are enjoying your life as it unfolds around you.  I think that we can always improve our lives by working to take joy in the small things around us or even in the daily grind.  Find the sparkle people!
