Well, I have been running around doing a million awesome and fabulous things. I have also been schlepping the camera as usual. This prompt thing is nearly impossible at my pace – setting up a shot and adjusting it would mean spending time on photography and photography alone. NOT going to happen for a few days… or more! It’s all good though! I am having fun and using my camera! I am looking forward to the last few days of the challenge, I will be out of school and thus I may find time to set some things up!!
324 Sunday, December 11th, 2011 – Shaping Up! Can’t take credit for this bit of creative, a friend who is a professional photographer told of this trick. I do, however, love it!
325 Monday, December 12th, 2011 – A Whole lot of Happy… well.. Not much super happy to shoot around here right now. Marek is sick and we are semi-swamped. I do love this ornament though. The idea of nature’s beauty as happy works for me!
326 Tuesday, December 13th, 2011 Simply Divine – enough said!
327 Wednesday, December 14th, 2011 Sincerely Yours – The gift I received from God this morning! Gorgeous fog banks creeping around the shore and the SUN peeking out with a promise of more to come!
328 Thursday, December 15th, 2011 Got Gifts? Actually, no. Not under the tree anyway! Maybe next week!
329 Friday, December 16th, 2011 Season of Lights – While it is not the proper day, here is Saint Lucia again. The Festival of Lights = love!
330 Saturday, December 17th, 2011 Warm Glow! Once again I was ignoring the prompt, but watching Marek play music on stage gives me a warm glow! It was the Annual Firefighters Christmas Party and he and his friend had the chance to take the stage. Marek is on bass and his friend is on drums. They are joined by Steve, the guitar player of Cryin’ Out Loud. They played Blitzkrieg Bop – classic Ramones! Pretty cool! Made more entertaining by the fact that Marek had come from a friends and had fallen in the creek – he’s wearing someone else’s clothes! Given his emphasis on his style and look this is amusing!
331 Sunday, December 18th, 2011 Recharge.. well. I will admit that I wasn’t shooting for the prompt here. But when processing the shots of the Bethlehem Express Christmas Program, I saw this and felt recharged. Look at the boy concentrating and the hands around him. They are helping hands and somehow appear gentle and caring. Recharge with a little help from a friend!
And one I like… still shooting! Hope your Christmas Season is beginning to come together!
Peace!
~ Denise
