Well, I had a pretty good day today. Very productive at school with some positive teaching moments throughout the day as well. I also got caught up on some family paper work and then – highlight – took a great walk in the woods with my friend Jennifer! It was chilly but beautiful outside this afternoon. Enjoyed the time, the talk and the exercise. It is so wonderful to have friends. I also enjoyed helping Marek with some homework (kind of) and relaxing with the family. I am ready for some cool weather cuddling and maybe a fire soon! I was also a bit lazy today and didn’t take any photos throughout the day. So… some of my favorite things … 
In other news of the week, I am excited and flattered that Jennifer has asked me to take some family photos of her adorable family. Yay! My first non-familial photo shoot! My friend Mary has been shooting some family shots lately and has been inspiring me. I will steal some of her ideas and techniques! Stay tuned! Meanwhile, I am looking forward to a day off school Friday. A Marek day followed by a long family weekend with the in-laws. Nice! Hope you have some things to look forward to in your week.
