Well, really I can’t imagine how I didn’t take a picture while Marek and I were out and about shopping all day on Friday! We had a good day. We poked around Lawrence checking out some stores that we never seem to squeeze into our usual routine. We had a really good day. I enjoyed spending it with him. We then connected up with Marvin and Gretchen, my in-laws, for an evening of socializing and card playing.
Saturday we enjoyed the day with Marvin and Gretchen at our place. My mom joined us for dinner. It was pleasant to just relax together and chat randomly throughout the day. 
I played with the tripod and some family photography Sunday evening. It was a lovely day. We enjoyed church and a birthday dinner afterwards. Then we came home to lounge – and take photos! Even though I forgot and had my glasses on for this shot, it is my favorite! A nice relaxing weekend with the family. Much needed and much appreciated!
I hope your weekend was full of something wonderful! I feel relaxed and reinvigorated for a new week. (I did eat a TON of crap and am also looking forward to increasing my healthy eating and training program next week!)
