A fitness Quote…

Well, duh!  Who knew Charles Dickens was a health nut?  Just think, back in the day people did a lot more walking in the normal course of each day.  Now we drive to work, shopping and then walk only a few steps to our daily destination.  I think it is worth the time to make time to walk.  For the health, for the happiness and for the enjoyment of friends and nature!
