thoughts on fitness and health…

 

Lose weight in the kitchen; gain strength in the gym, or on the trail.

Sugar is from the devil.

Eat protein that comes from sources with fewer legs – no legs or two legs are best. 

Eat lots of fresh vegetables!!  They more you eat, the more you want!

Do the best you can with what you have each moment!

Doing something is always better than doing nothing… unless doing nothing is actually a something at that moment.

Breathe!

Stretch!  No, really.  Stretch a lot, just because it feels great.  It is good for you.

Gather lots of info and choose what works best for you.

Shoes are important.  Workout clothes really aren’t (any comfy clothes work!)

DRINK WATER!  THEN, DRINK MORE!

Get enough rest!!  Good night!
