I don't know about you, but I spend a good amount of time worrying. I don't really worry in what I think is the traditional worrywart way, I worry in a way that is perfectionistic. I'm number nine I guess. I think that sometimes I am moving forward with too much effort. It's weird because really the effort isn't needed or particularly helpful. I fret over planning and details, trying to schedule and control my days so that all is well. I'd like to be this way less. Finding the balance between organized and going with the flow. Being able to live in the moment instead of planning the next moment that's the challenge for me. What's challenging about letting go of worry for you?
