I finished my book this afternoon and got several tasks completed. Blanched some beans for freezing! Yum! Prepped some 4H stuff for Marek to do tomorrow and did a little gardening. Always hopping here at the Blunderosa!
I am pondering the blogging. I started blogging back in January as something new to do. I also intended to make some personal changes. I think I have changed some behaviors. I have certainly spent some significant time thinking about what I need to do differently. I am still thinking. Perhaps I am analyzing what could improve, maintain change... I think that I spend too much time trying to get everything just right. I am maybe a crazy perfectionist and over achiever. I have a tendency to set expectations for myself very high - not always a good thing. I work to do things just right and I resent it when others aren't behind me and keeping up. The others are generally limited to Marcus and Marek. Bummer for them. I have been reading for a few months and think that I'm more of a wacky perfectionista than I'd originally hoped. I seem so go with the flow I even fool myself! Ahhh well, still thinking and working on changes.
I have enjoyed reading blogs and books referenced by various blogs. Wow! What a wide world! More ponders will fill my head, I am endlessly thinking lots of random things. I wonder, do you have lots of random thoughts and ideas floating around your head?
My garden us growing well and I can't pass up ending with a picture! Hmmmm, what to make with lots of butternut squash?
