I am continuing my plan of being more organized and I have actually drafted some lists and drawings of garden improvements to be made this year. So far I'm kind of on track with that. My house jobs are falling behind but I'm ok with that, when it's not sunny and 80 degrees I will work inside!

I have planted cabbage, broccoli, Swiss chard and more wild flowers here. This is my new path arrangement, we will see if I like it. I have also planted beets, spinach, lettuce, mesclun, mustard, onions, peas and potatoes! I also divided some of the strawberries. Fun!

I also spent some time flinging poo onto my garden! One of my students lives on a farm and nicely loaded my pickup bed trailer FULL of aged manure! Excited! I then single handedly unloaded it by the shovel and toss technique! The entertaining aspect of this was my poo flinging was straight into a pretty good breeze! I was covered with a fine layer of grade A poo in no time! Maybe I'll grow!
I top dressed all my existing plants and then covered the two main gardens. I could use another load... Hmmm... Sounds like a job for another day. I've got to implement my front garden plan for flowers next! Gardening is good!
