Well, the last big hurrah was a visit to Glendale, Az. where we visited the Camelback Ranch for some White Sox Spring Training!! We watched the White Sox beat the Milwaukee Brewers on a beautiful 84* day. Marek and Marcus were VERY happy with the activity. We saw many of their favorite players up close and Marek got lots of autographs. It was a good time!
We all got sunburned! We stayed in a Super 8 Hotel and we were able to take a swim outside and sit in the hot tub! It was an excellent taste of summer.
Sadly, the last leg of our journey was cut a short due to SNOW! Boo! We skipped a stop in Colorado Springs due to another blizzard which was disappointing. However, we made it home safely by retracing our path and skipping the storm.
Overall, we enjoyed each other and our time together. It was a good opportunity to adventure and relax as a family. Since we have been home, we have jumped back into our normal daily lives. Track! 4H! School! Woohoo! Life is an adventure and each day is an opportunity to love life! Hope you are loving yours!
