Random ponders…

Woohoo, time is flying past and now it is turning into winter.  I am finally getting the swing of my new schedule and a vague routine.  I am a random person who multi-tasks and is off task a good portion of the time.  I wing it a lot.  Weird I know!  I need a routine set by someone or something else and after 13 years of the same job and thus a similar routine it has been a it hard core to switch my life around.  I sometimes wish that there was more time in each day, or at least a better way to organize each day.  I would like to have a few days off of everything to catch up the house, the work out and the relaxing!  Meanwhile, some catch ups for you…

The hot flashes have abated a bit.  The easy addition of Black Cohosh with Soy Isoflavinids has made a significant difference.  I have had to double the dosage after the first 70 days but otherwise it’s good.  It may have helped with the mood swings and the irrational behaviors… maybe!  My memory is still crappy though!

I am feeling better about my relationships within my family.  I am feeling like things with Marcus are smoothing out.  We are both focusing more on communication and time together.  I feel like my relationship with Marek is good but sometimes it is stressed.  He is after all, 13.  He is S.L.O.W. and it drives me up a wall.  Then I nag him.  Ugh.  I am working to decrease the nagging and he is allegedly, lol, working to do a better job of taking care of his responsibilities.

I have accomplished most of my fitness goals this year and with a little bit more focus I can get my butt back on track.  I lifted weights today.  Tomorrow it’s yoga.  Yay!

I am  looking forward to tomorrow.  I enjoy the work activities that I am scheduled for tomorrow, I will get to meet up with a friend for a beer and a chat after school then I will get to go to a free yoga class!  Sounds like a good day doesn’t it?  After yoga, I will come home for dinner and relax!  Hope you have some good relaxation planned sometime soon!
